William Robert Parker, III

Visitation for William Robert “Bull” Parker, III, 45, of Windsor, SC will be held from six to eight p.m., Thursday, January 23, 2020 at the home, 121 Morristown Rd., Windsor, SC 29856. Bull passed away on Monday, January 20, 2020.

Born in Middletown, OH, he was a son of the late William Robert Parker, Jr. and Susan Louise Hand Parker Morris. He was a member of the Wheels of Spirit, Windsor, SC. He was a certified pipefitter who worked for the UA Local 150 Plumbers and Pipefitters.

Survivors include his children Isiaha Cameron Parker and his mother Wendy Spoon, Jamie Lee Spoon, Breanna Leigh Spoon, Amie Liane Green; sisters Christina Carter, Gina Morris; brothers Jonathan Prather, Shawn Parker; nieces Chaistie Brown, Rikki Lafler; nephews Robert Spoon, Austin Brown and Dennis Winstead; 5 great nieces Riley Brown, River Brown, Kayle Spires, Brooklyn Lafler and Madilyn Lafler.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother Gene Morris.
