Tobias "Toby" Mason Kelly

Tobias “Toby” Mason Kelly, 20, of Pelion, SC passed away on August 3, 2025.

Born in Lexington, SC, he was the son of Kevin Thomas Leaphart and Angela Marie Kelly.  Tobias enjoyed swimming, fishing, and nature. He also loved his three dogs and cats that he has left behind. He enjoyed his Play Station and all that knew him knew that he enjoyed food and especially chocolate milk.  Toby brought laughter and love into any room he entered. He had a huge heart that had no limits. Everyone that he met was a friend and he loved to see people happy.

In addition to his parents, Kevin Leaphart and Angela Kelly he is survived by his brothers, Bryson Leaphart of Pelion, SC and Gabe Muncy of Ft. Hood, TX; his maternal grandparents, Debora (Steve) Dyches of Williston; his uncle, Allen Kelly and cousins, Triston (Jodi) Kelly and Kye Kelly.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Gregory Kelly and his paternal grandparents, Thomas Leaphart and Anne Baker.
