Terrill Bolin

Funeral services for Terrill O. Bolin, 65, of North, SC will be held at two o’clock p.m., Thursday, November 16, 2023 at Calvary Baptist Church, 594 Calvary Church Road, Neeses, S.C. 29107 with the Reverend Ken Jernigan officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends from one o’clock p.m. until the time of the service on Thursday at the church.  Memorial contributions may be made to Calvary Baptist Church, P.O. Box 88, Neeses, S.C. 29107. Terrill passed away on November 12, 2023 at MUSC in Charleston, SC.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are Brent Bearden, Anthony Sightler, Blake Sightler, Brad Sightler, Scott Sightler and Chad Walker.  Honorary pallbearers will be John Ott and Ross Ott. 

Terrill was born in Chicago, IL; he was a son of Mrs. Doris Rutland Bolin and the late Hubert J. “Junior” Bolin, Jr.  He was a simple man who loved farming, fishing and being outdoors.  He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.

In addition to his mother, Doris Rutland Bolin, survivors include his sisters, Deborah Ott, Sheila (Doug) Walker, Regina (Jeff) Sightler and a number of nieces and nephews, with Heather Bearden and Britney Foster being the most angelic. 

The family would like to thank Pam Browder for the donation of a kidney for Terrill. They would also like to thank all of his nurses at MUSC who took such wonderful care of him and a special nurse, Hannah Mayatte for all of the care and kindness she showed him.
