Stephen Lemasters Obituary

Stephen Ray Lemasters, 65, of Martin, SC passed away on Sunday, June 15, 2025. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at one o’clock p.m., on Wednesday, June 18, 2025 in the Folk Funeral Home Chapel, Williston, SC with the Reverend Robert “Bob” Lee officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Wednesday. Memorial contributions may be sent in Stephen’s memory to the Shriners Children’s Hospital,

950 West Farris Road, Greenville, SC 29605.

Born in Barnwell County, SC, Stephen was a son of the late Willis Ray Lemasters and Sarah Kathrine Boyles Lemasters. He was a member of Lower Three Runs Baptist Church and retired from Savannah River Site as a Rigging Supervisor. He was a member of the Iron Workers Union # 709 and was a dual member of Harmony Masonic Lodge # 17 and Allendale Masonic Lodge # 109. He was also a member of the Snelling Fire Department for over 25 years. He loved to fish in the Savannah River and also enjoyed fishing and camping at Clark’s Hill Lake.

Survivors include his wife, Belinda Elaine Harrell Lemasters of the home; a daughter, Shannon (Randy) Anderson of Statesboro, GA; a son, William “Billy” (Shannon) McMillan of Georgia; a brother, Tim Lemasters (Linda) of Martin, SC; four grandchildren; a great grandchild and a nephew, Wayne Lemasters.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Charles Lemasters and a sister-in-law, Lucy Lemasters.
