Sophia Still

Funeral services for Sophia Elizabeth Still, 59, of Blackville, SC will be held at eleven o’clock a.m., Wednesday, June 30, 2021 in the Folk Funeral Home Chapel, Williston, SC with burial in the Springfield Cemetery. The family will receive friends from six to eight p.m., Tuesday, June 29^th at the funeral home and other times at the home of Bobbie Sue and William Justice, 110 Bunker Circle, Williston, SC. Memorial contributions may be sent to Folk Funeral Home, P.O. Box 367, Williston, SC  29853. Sophia passed away on Saturday, June 26, 2021.

Born in Blackville, SC, she was a daughter of the late Leon Churchwell and Susie Ann Driggers Churchwell and was married to the late Billy Allen Still. She was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking, fishing, gardening and taking care of people. Before moving to NC, she attended Faith Chapel Pentecostal Holiness Church in Blackville.

Survivors include her son Nicholas Still (Brooke Ballard) of Williston, step-son Allen Moseley of Blackville; step-daughter Angela Moseley of Blackville; sisters Eleanor Williams of Williston, Betty (Donnie) Grubbs of Blackville; a brother Jerry (Phyllis) Churchwell of Neeses; 8 grandchildren and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.
