Sarah Nell (Perry) Grice

Funeral services for Sarah Nell Perry Grice, 89, of Williston, SC will be held at two o’clock p.m., Sunday, September 8, 2024 in the Folk Funeral Home Chapel, Williston, SC with the Reverend Dan Fogle officiating; burial will follow in the Williston Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Sunday. Memorial contributions may be given to Rosemary Baptist Church, P.O. Box 409, Williston, SC 29853. Mrs. Sarah passed away at home on Wednesday, September 4, 2024.

Born in Bennettsville, SC, she was a daughter of the late Gene and Lula Perry. She was a very faithful member of Rosemary Baptist Church for many years. She retired from Shuron as a Final Inspection Manager. Everyone who knew Mrs. Sarah knew that she kept a “spotless” house and that every Friday was “hair-do” day. She was a true southern belle and she also enjoyed working in her yard.

Survivors include her loving husband of 71 years, Willie Edgar “Jr.” Grice, Jr.; a son and daughter-in-law, David Wayne (Diane) Grice of Williston; a granddaughters, Laura Grice (Michael Justice) of Gaston, SC and Jessica (Brandon) Yonce of Swansea, SC;  great grandchildren, Jonathan and Jaxson Arroyo; a niece, Jonelle (Kenny) Jackson of Cayce, SC and other distant family members.
