He is survived by the following: his wife, Sheila Kelly; daughters: Jessica (Daron)   Owens and Michelle Kelly both of Barnwell, SC; granddaughters: Madison “Scooterbug” (Kodee) Zissett, Allison “Bootie” Owens and Alexis “Tuti” Smith all of Barnwell, SC; sisters: Sandra (Paul) Binotto of Augusta WV; Teresa Diane (Daniel) Cooper of Lovettsville VA; Sherry (Jeff)  Holley of Williston, SC; Kimberly (Romulo) Quezada of Martinsburg, WV; sisters-in-law: Dorothy Kelly of Ranson, WV and Debbie Gioiosa of Barnwell, SC; a brother-in-law: Jack “Buddy” Robinson, Jr. of Aiken, SC; and many nieces and nephews in SC and WV.

Ronnie was a supervisor at Dixie Narco for 28 years. Ronnie began being nicknamed "The Mayor" of Meadowbrook and gradually advanced to become known as "The Sheriff.” He had a passion to take care of everyone and anyone who needed yardwork or odd jobs done. He always had a way of making you laugh either by telling a story or joke. You would always see him riding his golf cart with his granddaughters.

Ronnie loved his family, all his Meadowbrook neighbors, and his Hardee’s Breakfast Crew dearly. He loved going to the horse and dog races. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan, win or lose. Ronnie was always willing to help others even as he fought his battle. He never wanted you to know he was feeling bad. He fought his medical battles for the last 15 years and has been an inspiration to us all throughout every battle he faced.
