Robert Timothy Duncan, 66, of Williston, SC passed away on Wednesday, November 1, 2023. Memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society, Formal services will be announced at a later date.

Born in Greenacres, FL, he was a son of the late Carl Linzy Duncan and Betty Rose Duncan. He was a member of Spring Branch Baptist Church where he served as a deacon. Since 2014, Williston, SC has been his home; he retired as a stucco finisher having been a finisher since the age of 15. He was a great friend to many, a wonderful husband to Patricia and great father to his children. He would give you the shirt off of his back and not expect anything in return.

Survivors include his wife of 33 years, Patricia Duncan; a daughter, Sherry Smeler of Washington; a son, Robert Timothy Duncan, II of DeFuniak Springs, FL, sisters, Carol Miller of Crestview, FL, Sharon Petty of Lake Okeechobee, FL and Shirley Brooks of DeFuniak Springs, FL; a brother, Thomas of Duncan of DeFuniak, FL; 14 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
