Obituary
Richard L. Summers, formally of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away at his home on April 23, 2023, after an exhausting battle with Lewy Body Dementia.
He is survived by his daughter Brandi Hays (fiancé Matt Rosene) of Rockdale, TX; son Travis Summers (Nicole) of Louisville, KY; the mother of the children Susan Dadisman Summers, granddaughter Alyssa Summers (fiancé Dalton Lalonde), Skyler Hays, Kenzie Summers and Kaley Gilbert; his brother Ronnie Summers; sisters Charlotte Herberger, Judy Copeland and Ginny Carnes.
He is predeceased by his parents, James E. and Rhoda Blackwell Summers and a brother Jimmie Summers.
Richard will be going home to Louisville, Kentucky where a celebration of life will be held at a later time.
