Ramon Maciel

A Graveside Funeral Service for Ramon Maciel, 80, of Windsor, SC will be held two o’clock p.m., Saturday, October 27, 2018 at Spring Branch Baptist Church Cemetery, Windsor, SC. Ramon passed away on Wednesday, October 24, 2018.

Born in Brownsville, TX, he was a son of the late Consuelo Maciel and was married to the late Maria Bustos Maciel. He was a member of Spring Branch Baptist Church. He loved to work outside and raise animals; he was self-employed in the agriculture industry.

Survivors include a daughter Rosa (Juve) Baez of Salley, SC, sons Jose (Rhonda) Maciel of Hazelhurst, GA, Mario (Ofelia) Maciel of Windsor; daughter-in-law Debra Miller Maciel; sisters Mikaela Maciel, Juanita Fuentes; brother Rubin Fuentes; grandchildren Michael Maciel, Maricela Beltran, Marilee Felix, Marleane Garcia, Scotty Maciel, Esmeraldo Maciel, Marco Maciel, Jeffrey Scott, Eric Scott; great grandchildren Ezmae Marie Lewis, Marlia Jean Maciel, Mahria Jade Maciel, Michael Aiden Maciel, Jose B. Palomares, Yasmin M. Palomares, Felix Palomares, Jocylyn V. Palomares, Marissa G. Palomares, Karmen M. Gonzales, Jorge Mendez, Martin Beltran, Rita Garcia, Ariel Felix and a number of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a son Juan Ramon Maciel and a grandson Martin Felix.
