Patricia Ann Tucker

A Celebration of Life Service for Patricia Ann Tucker, 64, of Barnwell, SC will be held two o’clock p.m., Saturday, May 18, 2024 in the Folk Funeral Home Chapel, Williston, SC with the Reverend Ken Catoe officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Saturday. Memorial contributions may be given in Patricia’s memory to the Animal Advocates, P.O. Box 1924, Barnwell, SC 29812. Patricia passed away on Saturday, May 11, 2024.

Born in Sumter, SC, she was a daughter of the late Claytor and Nancy Tucker. Patricia retired from Savannah River Site having worked 32 years in Document Control and was of the Baptist faith. Patricia enjoyed spending time gardening and traveling. She also enjoyed fishing especially at Edisto Beach. She enjoyed cooking and gathering together with her family. Her nieces and nephews brought her great joy; she treasured every moment that she got to spend with them. Patricia was an avid animal lover and especially loved her dog “Teagan.”

Survivors include her daughter, Priscilla (Grant) Summerford of Aiken, SC; sisters, Barbara (Michael) Harber of Windsor, SC and Susan (David) Gardner of Barnwell, SC; brothers, Tim (Cathy) Tucker of Barnwell, SC and Gary Tucker of Aiken, SC; nieces and nephews, Tiffany Tucker, Sarah (Chris) Daley, Clay (Alexandra) Tucker, Benjamin (Anna) Gardner and Morgan Tucker and a great niece, Kate Daley.
