A family graveside service for Martin Ramsbotham 75, of Springfield will be held Saturday July 30th, 2022 at the Morgantown Cemetery Springfield, SC. Memorial contributions may be given to the Orangeburg SPCA 225 Ruf Road Orangeburg, SC 29118. He passed away July 26, 2022.
Born in Orangeburg, S.C. he was a son of the late Alan James Ramsbotham and Sibyl Morgan Ramsbotham. He attended St. Theresa Catholic Church, Springfield, SC. He received a degree from Appalachian State University in Economics, he was a fleet manager for Centerra at Savannah River Site. He loved to play his guitar and sing for his family and friends; His laugh and sense of humor are treasures we hold dear in our hearts.
Survivors include his loving wife Lynda Jackson Ramsbotham; daughters Cadra W. Menard of Bishopville, Meada W. (Brad) Fogle of Norway, Reagan Wishert-Pender and Whitney W. (Carl) Sanders all of Springfield; grandchildren Beauregard, Theron, and Briggs Menard, Mary Tillman Davis, Hampton Davis, Preston McNair, Banks Pender, Harper, Trace and Grey Sanders; brothers Alan James (Denise) Ramsbotham Jr. of VA, Michael Dean (Darrah) Ramsbotham of CA and Joseph Arthur (Terri) Ramsbotham of NC and a number of nieces and nephews who he loved also.
In addition to his parents, predeceased by a sister Sibyl Ann Ramsbotham.
