Marlene Hoover

Marlene Hoover, 70, of Blackville, SC passed away on Thursday, February 5, 2026. A Graveside Funeral Service will be held at four o’clock p.m. Thursday, February 12, 2026 in the Lebanon United Methodist Church Cemetery, 768 Calvary Church Rd., Neeses, SC with Dr. Thomas Terry officiating.

Born in North, SC she was the daughter of the late Hampton Willie Young and Mamie Phillips Young and was married to the late Rouge Leroy “Roy” Hoover for 45 years.

Survivors include special friends, Caroline and Joey Lott.
