Lynne Catherine Millican

Lynne C. Millican, 64, of St. Helena Island, SC formerly of Jackson, SC passed away Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at her home.  There are no formal services planned at this time.

Born in Augusta, GA she was a daughter of the late Julian Mansfield Brown and Mary Catherine Hall and was married to the late William “Bill” Millican.  Lynne was a homemaker and lived life to the fullest. 

Survivors include a son, Harvey Bellamy, III; sisters, Mary Allen of St. Helena Island, SC and Julie Brown of Williston, SC; a brother, Daniel Brown of Jackson, SC and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased in death by a son, Matthew Bellamy and a brother Gary Brown.
