Funeral services for Conrad Lenny Starke, 62, of Jackson, SC will be held at twelve o’clock noon, Saturday January 28, 2023, in the Folk Funeral Home Chapel, Williston, SC with the Reverend Gene Jennings officiating; burial will follow in the Williston Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Saturday. Lenny passed away on Tuesday, January 24, 2023.
Born in Richmond Virginia, he was a son of the late Willie Leonard Starke Jr. and Irene Hatch Starke. He attended True North Church in North Augusta and was an absolute 100 percent Christian man. He graduated in 1985 with a Master Construction Craftsman degree. Lenny worked for University Hospital as a project foreman for 34 years. He had his HVAC certification, was a certified electrician and a good mechanic.
Survivors include his sons Jeffrey D. Faircloth (Amber Furr) of Swansea, SC and James Callan of Grand Rapids MI.; daughters Cynthia Callan of Grand Rapids, MI, and Nicole Otten of Heyward, CA; grandchildren Jordan Callan, Jeremiah Callan, Earline Callan, Elijah Moxley, Emanuel Otten, Ella Otten, Neo Faircloth, Marina Faircloth, Lucas Callan and Natalii Callan; sisters Karrene (Greg) Hindman of Williston, SC, Leah (Steve) Moseley of Aiken, SC and Ruth (Nolan) Woodfin of Powhatan, VA; brothers Willie Leonard (Denise) Starke III of Gum Spring, VA, and John (Susan) Starke of Lawrenceville, VA, a number of nieces and nephews; and a close friend Deborah Hourdin.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Isaac Starke Sr., a sister Sarah Lynette Starke and a nephew Sergio Villalobos.
