Lena Marie Lawrimore

Funeral services for Lena Marie Lawrimore, 68, of Blackville, SC will be held at two o’clock p.m., Monday, December 30, 2024 with the Reverend Rick Powell and Dwight Brazell officiating; burial will follow in the Blackville Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Monday. Honored to serve as Pallbearers are: Bryce Davis, Scott Davis, Michael Driggers, Johnathan Morris, Brent Myers and Billy Robertson. Jessie Wood will serve as an Honorary Pallbearer. Marie passed away on Friday, December 27, 2024.

Born in Aiken, SC, she was a daughter of the late Edward Pete Buff and Jewell Chavis Hutson and was married to Ellis Bryant Lawrimore. She was a member of Faith Chapel Pentecostal Holiness Church and previously worked in the Clothing Department at Walmart, Barnwell SC. Her favorite pastimes were cooking and doing crafts. She loved spending time with her family and catching up with her family and friends by talking on the phone.

Survivors include her husband, Ellis Bryant Lawrimore of the home; daughters, Angela “Angie” (Billy) Robertson of Walterboro, SC and Heather Lawrimore of Blackville, SC; sons, Jamie L. (Lisa) Davis of Aiken, Scott “Bubba” (Tonya) Davis of Warrenville, SC, and Michael A. “Bubba Cool” Driggers of Aiken, SC; sister, Lisa (David) Bodiford of Blackville, SC and a brother, Walter (Brenda) Buff of Aiken, SC; grandchildren, Johnathan Morris, Terrance Frazier, Cheyanne Calhoun, Chasity Calhoun, Kayce (Patrick) McGahee, Hannah Davis, Bryce Davis, and Brittany Davis; great grandchildren, Sterling Morris, Bentley Frazier, Pat McGahee, Jr., Kayla McGahee, Ansley Davis, Logan McGahee, Walker McGahee and Jaxen Posey along with a number of nieces and nephews.
