Kathy Lynn (Sanders) Still

Funeral Services for Kathy Lynn Sanders Still, 64, of Olar, SC will be held at two p.m. Saturday, January 20, 2024 in the Folk Funeral Home chapel, Williston, SC with the Reverend Timmy Gunnells officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Saturday. Burial will be held Monday, January 22, 2024 at four p.m. at the Barnwell County Memorial Cemetery (by the airport). Kathy passed away at home on Tuesday, January 16, 2024.

Born in Barnwell County, SC she was a daughter of the late Simon “Jack” Sanders and Sylvia Jean Still Sanders and was married for 48 years to Willis Ronald “Ronnie” Still. Kathy previously worked as a vendor and store clerk, she cleaned houses and was a member of Green Branch Pentecostal Holliness Church. She enjoyed being with her family and spending time with her grandkids. She had a love for her dogs and being around water fishing. Kathy was a big server of Christ even through the Cancer, she stood strong and held onto her faith until her final healing.

Survivors include her loving husband, Ronnie Still of the home; her daughter, Shannon (Larry) Still of Hilda; a daughter-in-law, Paige Sweat Still of Barnwell; the grandchildren, Hunter (Christy) Still, Teegan Still, Chase Still, Emma Still, Jaycen Still, Taylin Still, Maddie Still, Michael Craig and Mason Craig; her sister, Cyndi (Timmy) Bessinger of Olar; a brother, Jackie Sanders of Olar; sisters-in-law, Peggy Sanders, Marie Grubbs, Mary Ellen (John) Cheek, Claudine Mitchell and Gloria (Terry) Baxley; a brother-in-law, Eddie Hair and a number of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her sons, Willie Calhoun “Will” Still and a still born son, Willis Ronald Still, Jr., a brother, Timmy Sanders and brothers-in-law, Ricky and Gary P. Hair.
