Karen Ingram Kirkland, 75, of Williston, SC passed away on Friday, March 27, 2026. Funeral services will be held at three o’clock p.m., Sunday, March 29, 2026 in the Folk Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Jamie Wootten officiating. Burial will follow in the Williston Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Sunday. Honored to serve as pallbearers are: Tyler Jennings, Tristan Mole, Nathan Moody, Grayson Moody, Shawn Moody, Clint Lenard, Wesley Frost and John Robert Ingram. Memorial contributions may be given in Karen’s memory to the Williston Cemetery Fund, P.O. Box 367, Williston, SC 29853.
Born in Tallassee, AL, she was a daughter of the late John LaFayette Ingram and Marie Starns Ingram. She accepted Jesus Christ into her heart at the age of eleven and was a member of Elko Baptist Church. She received a Degree in Accounting from Aiken Tech and worked as a loan supervisor at the Bank of Williston for a number of years. She retired from the U. S. Post Office after 22 years of service. Karen loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Survivors include her daughters, Jennifer Gray (Eric) Moody, Kelley Kirkland (Mark) Cornell all of Williston, SC and Bonnie Lynne Kirkland of Elko, SC; grandchildren, Jaxon Kirkland, Dakota Williams, Tyler (Sarah) Jennings, Tristan Mole, Nathan Moody, Grayson Moody, and Shawn Moody; great grandchildren, Eleanor Grace Jennings and Abigail Mae Jennings; her sister and brother-in-law, Margaret (CB) Lenard of Williston, SC; her brother and sister-in-law, James “Jimbo” (Virginia) Ingram of Jackson along with a number of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Randy Ingram.
