Jenny (Catoe) Wallace

A Graveside funeral service for Jenny Catoe Wallace, 75, of Williston, SC will be held at 11 a.m. Sunday, March 17, 2024 in the Williston Cemetery with Matthew and Evan Hutto officiating. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Sunday, March 17, 2024 at Folk Funeral Home, Williston, SC. Honored to serve as pallbearers will be her great-nephews. Jenny passed away at home on Thursday, March 14, 2024.

Born in Monroe, NC, she was a daughter of the late Paul Richard Catoe and Elsie Taylor Catoe and was married to John Edward Wallace for 41 years. Jenny previously lived in West Palm Beach, Florida before moving to South Carolina. She enjoyed being a homemaker and loved fishing in her spare time.

Survivors include her husband, John, of the home; a daughter, Tammy McDaniel of Haysville, NC; 3 grandchildren, Curt Furtick, Dylan McDaniel and Alyssa McDaniel; one great-grandson, Trace Furtick; a sister, Patricia (Jerry) Flint of Williston; nieces, Paula (Billy) Sanders, Deena Gainey and Carla Hutto; great-nieces, Baylee Sanders and Nicole Hutson; great-nephews, Adam, Austin, Joshua, and Jacob Gainey, Brandon Sanders, Matthew (Sarrah) Hutto and Evan (Elora) Hutto.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a nephew, Daniel Flint and a great-nephew, Andrew Hutto.

The family wishes to express their gratitude to the nurses and staff of Crescent Hospice and to her dear friends and caregivers Brittany and Travis Hutson for their love and compassion shown to them.
