Funeral services for Jeffrey Owen “Jeff” Cook, 62, of Denmark, SC will be held at eleven o’clock a.m., Wednesday, October 11, 2023 in the Family Life Center at Ghents Branch Baptist Church, Denmark, SC. The family will receive friends from six to eight p.m. on Tuesday, October 10th at the Family Life Center at Ghents Branch Baptist Church. The family has asked that in lieu of flowers that memorials may be given to Ghents Branch Baptist Church, Nehemiah Team, 1974 Ghents Branch Rd., Denmark, SC 29042. Jeff passed away on Sunday, October 8, 2023.

Born in Orangeburg, SC, he was a son of Herman Lea Cook and Annette Huggins Cook. He enjoyed making knives, wood working and doing leather work. He also appreciated a good day hunting and fishing. He loved his family and especially loved taking care of his mother.

In addition to his parents, Herman and Annette Cook, he is survived by his children, Brandon Cook, Brittany Nicole Cook and Nicole Wallace; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; his sisters, Debbie (Robert) Grubbs and Janice (Kenneth) Utz; brothers, J.P. Cook and Russell (Darlene) Cook along with a number of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
