Mr. James Nicholas Patsourakos, 76, of Aiken, SC entered into rest on Sunday, September 17, 2023. He was born in Atlantic City, NJ, he was a son of the late Nicholas Patsourakos and Lillian Patsourakos Taylor and was married to the late Judith Harstine Patsourakos of San Dimas, CA. He served two terms in the United States army at Fort Gordon, GA in 1965 and 1967. James retired from SCANA Energy and Wackenhut Security.
Survivors include his son, Joseph (Tina) Patsourakos of Aiken, SC; daughters, Stacey (Michael) Stead of Aiken and Danielle Whitworth of McDonough, GA; grandchildren, Brandon Roddy, James Blackwell, IV, Anna Beth Blackwell, Jacob Patsourakos, Joel Patsourakos, Dillon (Lauren) Martin, and Dalton (Carolina) Martin; great grandchildren, McKinley Martin, Maggie Martin, and Daniel Martin; a brother, Steven Patsourakos of Vineland, NJ; brother-in-law, Timothy Anderson of Cinnaminson, NJ; sister, Helen Patsourakos Anderson of Cinnaminson, NJ; niece Laura (Christopher) Turley of Cinnaminson, NJ and Timothy (Kimberly) Anderson Jr of Cinnaminson, NJ.
The family would like to express their appreciation to Gayle Pierce for her love, care and companionship and to Amedisys Hospice Care for their care and compassion.
A Graveside Service will be held three o’clock p.m., Wednesday, September 27, 2023, at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Aiken, SC.
