A Celebration of Life for Jack Wesley Coleman, 71, of Barnwell, SC will be held at 4 o’clock p.m., Friday, October 17, 2025 at Mt. Lebanon Christian Church, 420 Christian Road, Barnwell, SC 29812 with the Reverend Ron Franklin and Kathryn Gainey officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church on Friday. Jack passed away on Tuesday October 7, 2025.
Born in Casablanca, Morocco, he was a son of the late John Wesley Coleman and Dora Thieme Coleman and was married to Sandra Ann Washington Coleman. Jack was literally a “Jack of all trades” and could do almost anything, he worked his whole life and owned his PVC business. He was a member of Mt. Lebanon Christian Church. He enjoyed watching NASCAR and watching football especially the Patriots. He served his community volunteering countless hours as a fireman for the Town of Hilda and was a car enthusiast who spent a lot of time detailing cars. Jack was a loving husband and grandfather and will be deeply missed by his friends and family.
Survivors include his wife, Sandra; a daughter, Angie (Jeffrey) Manijak of North Gramby, CT.; his step-daughter, Helene (Leonard) Recor of Barnwell, SC; 2 grandchildren, Joshua Recor and Jessica Recor and her fiancé Paul Weber and a great granddaughter, Adalyn Weber; 2 sisters and 1 brother.
