Helen Aileen (Korkala) Miller

Helen Aileen Korkla Miller, 75, of Aiken, SC passed away at home on Friday, September 19, 2025.

Born in Fitchburg, Massachusetts she was a daughter of the late Edward Korkala and Mary Matson Korkala. Helen graduated from Fitchburg State College with a Master’s Degree in education. She loved reading and taking care of the home and was married to her husband Stephen Miller for 53 years.

In addition to her husband Stephen, she is survived by her sisters, Ida Kymalainen, Lila Stewart, Joan Salamonie, Joyce Lyman and Doris Long and numerous nieces and nephews.
