Delbert Deen Palmer, Jr., 76, of Williston, SC passed away on Saturday, June 26 2021. No formal services will be held at this time.

Mr. Palmer was born in Los Angeles, CA, he was a son of the late Delbert Deen Palmer, Sr. and Lola Ellen Massey Palmer. He worked as an electrician for many years and was a member of IBEW (International Brotherhood Electrical Workers Union). He loved wood working and enjoyed his computer; he was very tech savvy. He was meticulous about keeping everything in order and loved making their home a nice place to live. He was a U. S. Army Veteran having served during the Vietnam War.

Survivors include his wife Sandra Sue Johns Palmer of the home; daughter Bonnie Rayann (John) Pfeiffer of Kansas City, KS; sons Delbert Deen (Pamela) Palmer, III of Helena, MT, James Nolan Palmer of WA and Sean Allen Palmer of ID; six grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

He was preceded in death by a sister Clara Jane Moore.
