Debra (Still) Hutto

Funeral services for Debra Still Hutto, 65, of Williston, SC will be held at three o’clock p.m., Sunday, September 18, 2022 at Long Branch Baptist Church with Dr. Bart Kelley and Reverend Jeremy Creech officiating. Burial will follow in the Barnwell County Memorial Cemetery by the airport. The family will receive friends from five to seven p.m., Saturday, September 17th at Folk Funeral Home, Williston, SC and other times at the home of Cathy Garcia in Barnwell, SC. Debra passed away on Wednesday, September 14, 2022.

Born in Barnwell, SC, she was the daughter of the late Jimmy Still and Shirley Bodiford Still (Bobby) Hutto. She was a 1975 graduate of Barnwell High School. Debra was a member of Long Branch Baptist Church where she helped with a number of different committees.  She worked for a number of years in Human Resources at Barnwell County Hospital and volunteered for Meal on Wheels. Debra was admired by all who knew her and will be greatly missed.

Survivors include her daughter Cathy (Juventino) Garcia of Barnwell; sons Chris (Patricia) Hutto of Barnwell and David (Amber) Hutto of Williston; sister-in-law Wanda (Toby) Singletary of Williston; brothers Lamar Still, Sr. and Neal (Sherrie) Still all of Williston; grandchildren Logan Smith (Fawn Crane), Tyler Smith (Harmony Ayer), Christian, Celina, and Carmen Garcia, Valerie, Miranda, Shane, Mason and Madison Hutto; great grandchildren Oriean, Avery, and Adalynn Smith; the father of the children and close friend Cecil Rodney Hutto; nephews Lamar (Janet) Still, Jr., Bradford (Ashton) Still, and Brian (Rachael) Singletary; nieces Chassity Still and Andrea Padgett; special best friends Marie and Grady Campbell and many great nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

In addition to her parents Jimmy and Shirley and step-father Bobby, she was preceded in death by a brother-in-law Randy Hutto.
