David Berry, Jr.

A Celebration of Life Service for David Monroe Berry, Jr., 50, of Healing Springs, SC will be held at two o’clock p.m., Saturday, November 20, 2021 n the Folk Funeral Home Chapel, Williston, SC with Pastor Tommy Elkins officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home and other times at the home of his sister, Sherri L. Berry. Memorial contributions may be sent to Folk Funeral Home, P.O. Box 367, Williston, SC 29853. David passed away on Friday, November 12, 2021.

Born in Barnwell County, SC, he was the son of the late David Monroe Berry, Sr. and Bonnie Janett Williams. He was a self-employed carpenter and farmer. David enjoyed drawing, playing the guitar, loved Willie Nelson and spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Survivors include his children David Monroe Berry, III and his fiancé Krystal Grubb of Sumter, Lauren Berry and Allen “Fat” Williams of Sumter, Ceciley Marie Berry of Pelion, and Beth Berry of Pelion; sisters Tammy Berry (Tim) Judd of Aiken and Sherri Lynn Berry of Healing Springs; his grandchildren Emmett and Axel Berry and Cayson Boyd; a niece Charity Faith Collins; a nephew William Christopher “Will” Wood and numerous cousins whom he loved.
