Christopher "Chris" Chavis

Christopher “Chris” Eric Chavis, 51, of Williston, SC passed away on Thursday, November 28, 2024 at his home.

Born in Barnwell, SC he was a son of Audrey Gray and the late Robert Chavis, Sr. He previously worked for Crane Inc. in Williston.

Survivors include his sons, Seth (Kayla) Chavis of Batesburg and Daniel Chavis of Batesburg; a grandson, Connor Chavis; a sister, Sheila (Tim) Dicks of Williston; his brothers, Robert (Rebecca) Chavis, Jr. of Williston, Matthew Chavis of Walterboro, Zack (Sarah) Chavis of Barnwell, and Noah (Destiny) Chavis of Barnwell and a number of nieces and nephews.       

The family would like to thank Agape Hospice for their care and compassion they have shown Chris during his care.
