Brenda (Reeves) Sanders

Funeral services for Brenda Joel Reeves Sanders, 66, of Williston, SC will be held two o’clock p.m., Sunday, July 26, 2020 in the Folk Funeral Home chapel with the Reverend Charles Morris officiating; burial will follow in the Williston Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Sunday. Due to the current pandemic and the CDC regulations, social distancing and other guidelines will be in place. The service will be live-streamed on our Official Folk Funeral Home - Live Stream Facebook page for those unable to attend. Memorial contributions may be sent to Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, 10077 Hwy. # 39, Williston, SC 29853. Brenda passed away on Thursday, July 23, 2020.

Born in Charleston, SC, she was a daughter of the late Joel Desmond Reeves and Thelma Eunice Hutto Baxley and was married to the late Willie Lee Sanders. She was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, a homemaker and a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

Survivors include her daughters Carolyn “Nean” Chavis of Barnwell, Shannon (Jason) Capazzi of AZ and Teresa Dubois of Williston; her sons Willie “Jack” (Norma) Sanders, Larry (Tracy) Sanders, Billy (Paula) Sanders all of Williston and Bobby “Monk” (Staci) Sanders of Anderson; sisters Carey Duc of Charleston, Lois Baxley of Summerville and Linda Herring of Turbeville; 19 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and a number of nieces, nephews and a number of predeceased sisters and brothers.
