Bobby Allen Harley, 56, of Orangeburg, SC passed away at home on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 surrounded by his family. Funeral services will be held at one o’clock p.m., Saturday, November 22, 2025 in the Folk Funeral Home Chapel, Williston, SC with the Reverend George Moore officiating; burial will follow in the Williston Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Saturday.
Honored to serve as pallbearers are Jonathan Carter, David Harley, Eddie Bowers, Joseph “J.R.” Cheek and Dennis Lee “D.J.” Bell, Jr.
The family would like to extend a heart-felt thank you to Tabitha, Danielle, Christy, Rebecca, Sharon and all of the staff at Edisto Home Health and Hospice for all of the loving care and concern that they have shown Bobby.
Born in Columbia, SC, he was the son of the late George Allen Harley and Florence Davis Harley. He previously worked in the log woods, enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family, especially cooking out with his sister and brother-in-law. He loved watching the T.V. show, Swamp People and was a huge fan of the Carolina Gamecocks.
Survivors include his sister, Angie Harley (Dennis Bell); nieces and nephews, Brittany (Tiffany) Hortenberry, Ashley (David) Harley, Keith Allen Metts, Jr., Jeffrey Chavis, and Dennis Lee “D.J.” Bell, Jr. (Kayla).
