Amy Carol Ussery

A Celebration of Life Service for Amy Carol Ussery, 67, of Williston, SC will be held at one o’clock p.m., Monday, March 3, 2025 in the Folk Funeral Home Chapel, Williston, SC with Trent Still officiating. Memorial contributions may be given in Amy’s memory to the American Cancer Society, 200 Center Point Circle #100, Columbia, SC 29210. Amy passed away on Tuesday, February 25, 2025.

Born in Barnwell, SC, she was a daughter of the late Preston Leroy Ussery and Mary Hallman Ussery. She was a Winthrop College graduate having earned a BS in Education. She previously taught at school at Jefferson Davis Academy and retired from Langley-Bath-Clearwater. Amy enjoyed reading and she was a caring aunt and friend to all who knew her. She will be greatly missed.

Survivors include her sister, Elizabeth U. Hair; nieces, Kimberly Hair and her son, Tucker and Kelli (Bobby) Briggs and their children, Jackson, Peyton and Jaden and her life long, best friend, Denise Warren.
