A Celebration of Life Service for Amy Jean Still, 46, of Cordova, SC will be held at one o’clock p.m., Sunday, November 24, 2024 in the Folk Funeral Home Chapel, Williston, SC; burial will follow in the Springfield Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Sunday. Memorial contributions may be given to the Memorial and Honor Program St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or you may visit www.stjude.org/memorial. Amy passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 21, 2024 at her home.
Pallbearers will be, Michael Wingard, Joseph Wingard, Donald Kemmerlin, Vern Fields, Aaron Ferguson and Rodney Hughes.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Greg Shugerts, Jason Still and Lewis Wingard.
Born in Barnwell County, SC, she was the daughter of Wilbur Stanley Still and Peggy Fields Still. She loved hot air balloons and music; she enjoyed going to concerts and especially loved listening to Jon Pardi. She had an unconditional love for her kids and was an awesome mom. She loved cooking and enjoyed experimenting with different recipes; she also love the Clemson Tigers. For the past 6 years she has battled cancer and has fought like a super hero. She loved the Lord, Jesus Christ and is now resting peacefully with Him.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her significant other, Shane Wingard; her daughters, Delayney Elizabeth Wingard and Aubrey Grace Wingard all of the home; her brother, Jason Still (Kelly Chavis) of Orangeburg, SC; paternal grandparents, Wilbur and Margaret Still of Blackville, SC; her aunt and uncle, Martha and Greg Shugerts; numerous other aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews; her fur babies, Blue, Duke, Ichabod, Pumpkin and Bear; and a host of friend who she loved dearly.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Filmore and Dorothy Fields.
