Ricky Keith Batchler

Funeral services for Ricky Keith Batchler, 62, of Hilda, SC will be held 11 a.m. Sunday, November 25, 2018 at Faith Chapel Pentecostal Holiness Church, Blackville, SC with the Reverends Rick Powell and Scotty Hiers officiating. Burial will  be in the Batchler Family Cemetery, 1092 Tracy Street, Hilda SC. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until the time of service on Sunday at the church. The family has asked that memorials be made to Folk Funeral Home, P.O. Box 367, Williston, SC 29853.

Ricky died on Thursday, November 22, 2018.

Born in Barnwell County he was a son of the late Robert E. Batchler and Edith Morris Batchler. Ricky medically retired from Orchids Paper Products as a Computer Analyst Supervisor and was a member of Faith Chapel Pentecostal Holiness Church in Blackville. Ricky loved to cut-up and have fun and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

Survivors include his loving wife Lisa Lynn Grubbs Batchler of the home; a daughter Brittany Still of the home; a son Eathan Batchler; a granddaughter Addison Batchler; sisters, Joann (Larry) Kuester, Melanie Delip; brothers Ronnie Batchler, Randy (Lynette) Batchler; numerous nieces,  nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by a sister Wanda Hiers and a brother Robert Clifford “Robbie” Batchler.
