Krystal (Flynn) Garrick

Funeral services for Krystal Flynn Garrick, 38, of Barnwell, SC, will be held at three o’clock p.m., Monday, November 4, 2019 in the Folk Funeral Home Chapel, Williston, SC with burial in the Williston Cemetery. The family will receive friends from three to five o’clock p.m., Sunday, November 3rd at Folk Funeral Home, Williston, SC and other times at the home of Francis and Laura Flynn, Williston, SC. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Folk Funeral Home, P.O. Box 367, Williston, SC  29853. Krystal passed away on Friday, November 1, 2019.

Born in Barnwell, SC, she was a daughter of RaNae Williams McDonald and Daniel Francis Flynn. For 10 years, Krystal worked as a cosmetologist at Plum Pretty. She later joined #1756 Painter’s Union and worked at the MOX Facility, SRS, and Plant Vogtle. She loved her daughter, Gabriella, to the moon and back. Krystal was a social butterfly who loved life and shared fun-loving times and many laughs with her friends. Krystal was tough and strong-willed; she fought until the very end. ‘I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith’ II Timothy 4: 7.

Survivors include her parents, RaNae and Kendall McDonald, Daniel and Judy Flynn; her daughter Gabriella Skye Garrick; step-sisters Jennifer Priester, Ashley Fickling; step-brothers Jacob McDonald and Erick McDonald; paternal grandparents Francis and Laura Flynn of Williston and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Adam Duffie Williams and Marzee Duncan Grubbs.
