Josephine McClellan Frazier passed away at her home on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 surrounded by family and friends. Mrs. Frazier had been under hospice care after an extended battle against cancer. Born in Tallassee, Alabama, she was the daughter of the late Alva Benjamin McClellan and Ada Dillard McClellan. Mrs. Frazier primarily served as a homemaker and mother, but was employed for some time at the former Rheem (now Crane) of Williston. She attended the Church of Christ at Halford Street, Williston.
Survivors include her daughter, Linda Frazier Morris, of Williston, a granddaughter Adadra (Ronnie) Neville of Williston, and great-grandchildren Kaitlyn Williams, Jessamine Williams, Chase Morris, Zachary Neville and Tucker Neville of Williston and a number of nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Frazier was preceded in death by her husband Jack Huel Frazier, her son Randy Jack Frazier and son-in-law Larry Burson Morris, her granddaughter Lara Tristan Morris and grandson Lukas Travor Morris, as well as her great-grandson Evan Travor Williams.
A graveside memorial service will be held at Williston Cemetery on Sunday, January 6, 2019 at 3 p.m., officiated by Marshall Swindall, with special music by Danny Dunaway, J.R. Rouse and Bo Gardner.
