Deana (Porter) Mack

A Celebration of Life Service for Deana Porter Mack, 67 of Swansea, SC will be held three pm Sunday November 25, 2018 in the Folk Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home in Williston.

Deana died on Wednesday, November 21, 2018.

Born in Williston, SC she was a daughter of the late Clyde Lehman Porter, Sr. and Alberta Boylston Porter. She worked as a self-employed Transcriptionist, was an accomplished pianist, flutiest and played the flute for the University of South Carolina marching band.

Survivors include her soulmate Larry V. Snipes of the home; daughters Kelly Mack McIver of Swansea, Angela (Gary) Rogers of South Congaree; son Larry V. (Angela) Snipes, Jr. of Lexington; grandchildren Andrew McIver, Alex McIver, Carissa (Adam) Barrs, Blake Snipes and Bryson Snipes; great-grandchildren Kayle Barrs and Vincent Barrs. She was preceded in death by her brother Clyde L. Porter, Jr.
