Bobby Williams

Funeral Services for Bobby Williams, 71 of Williston will be held 3:00 pm Tuesday, July 23, 2019 in the Folk Funeral Home Chapel Williston with the Reverends Larry Ard, Ricky Creel and Ray Hutto officiating; burial will be at the Springfield Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 pm Monday at the funeral home and other times at the home of Bobbie Sue and William Justice 110 Bunker Circle, Williston, SC. Bobby passed away on Friday, July 19, 2019.

Born in Elko, SC he was a son of the late Charlie Williams, Sr. and Lena McCollum Williams. Bobby was a graduate of Springfield High School, and in 1968 he joined the US Army where he obtained the rank of Sergeant, in 1969 he served a tour of duty in Korea. He retired from the Milliken Corporation in Barnwell after 40 years of service. He was a member of Pinehill Holiness Church in Blackville where he was the adult Sunday School Class teacher.

Survivors include his loving wife of 49 years Eleanor Churchwell Williams of the home;  daughters Crystal Diane Williams Williamson (Jessie) of Barnwell, Bobbie Sue Williams Justice (William) of Williston, Teresa Williams Ruggiero (Erik) of Barnwell; 14 grandchildren Maranda Ashlyn Kollar, Christopher Ryan Fail, Ethan Ruggiero, Isabelle Ruggiero, Paul Ray Hinckley III, Gabriel Nathan Hinckley, Nathaniel Bobby Hinckley, Kaleb Victor Hinckley, Jessica Cheyenne Williamson, Dylan Jones, Kirsten Grace Jones, Brenna Justice, William Justice, Lamar Justice; 3 great-grandchildren Zoi Veta Kollar, Casen Reagan Fail, Mila Grace Kollar; sisters Corine Hutson of Springfield, Maggie Dyches of Williston; brother Charlie Williams, Jr. of North; a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by 2 grandchildren Kirsten Grace Jones, Kaleb Victor Hinckley; 2 sisters Martha Keisler and Mary Delk.
