Funeral services for Mrs. Pansy Ann Bruce Creech, 74, of Blackville, SC will be held 11 a.m., Friday, July 23, 2010 at The Blackville First Baptist Church with Dr. Thomas Terry officiating. The family will receive friends from six to eight p.m. Thursday, July 22nd, at Folk Funeral Home, Williston, SC. Memorial contributions may be made to Gideon’s International, P.O. Box 86, Williston, SC 29853.

Born in Vivian, LA, she was a daughter of the late Dalton D. Bruce and Golda Irene Cantrell Bruce. She retired having worked for the Blackville Public School System and was a member of Blackville First Baptist Church. Pansy was married to the love of her life for 53 years, the late Billy Gene Creech. She enjoyed cooking, was an avid reader and a member of the Blackville Garden Club.

Survivors include daughter, Carol (Tom) Sanderson; son, Michael (Penny) Creech; brother, Ronald Alan Bruce; grandchildren, Brittany, Haley and Nathan Creech, Rebekah and Blue Sanderson; and a number of nieces and nephews.
