Graveside Funeral Services for Andrew Neal “Andy” Williams, 62, of Williston, SC will be held two pm Thursday, July 15, 2010 at the Williams Family Cemetery in Springfield, SC with Military Honors accorded. The family will receive friends from six to eight pm Wednesday July 14th at Folk Funeral Home in Williston, SC. Andy passed away Monday July 12, 2010 at his home.
Born in Orangeburg County he was a son of the late Coker and Freda Neal Williams. He was a US Army veteran of the Vietnam War and was formerly employed with Jacob’s Construction in Charleston, SC. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Springfield and the Dean Swamp Masonic Lodge #172 in Salley.
Survivors include Beatrice Larney of Williston; daughter, Mary Coker (PJ) Choplin of Columbia; sons, Andrew Neal Williams, Jr. of Columbia and Lacy (Courtney) Williams of Clemson; sister, Susan Hijazi; grandchildren, Noah Freeman, Elliot Freeman, Baker Williams and Kendel Choplin.
